Our firm provided master plan and design services for a new 200-room, 205,000 SF Sheraton hotel development and conference center resort on an eight-acre site located on the newly renovated Refuge Golf Course in Flowood, MS. The design includes 25,000 SF of meeting space and a restaurant, wine bar, cooking school, spa, golf pro shop, 19th-Hole Bar, roof top bar, resort style swimming pool, and pool side bar.
