SUMMARY

Dale Partners is designing Hotel Holden, a Marriott Tribute Hotel as part of the Gulfport Town Center development, which is a vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of Gulfport, combining residential, hospitality, retail, and parking in a walkable urban setting. The project includes a 114-key hotel, 136 residential units (studio, one-, and two-bedroom), and 17,600 square feet of retail and restaurant space designed to activate the street level with shops and dining. A 294-space parking garage will serve residents, hotel guests, and visitors. Designed to be a community hub, the Gulfport Town Center will drive economic growth and enhance the city’s core with modern, connected living.
