SUMMARY
Dale Partners has provided full architectural services for a proposed 300-350 room Embassy Suites Hotel adjacent to the Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. The hotel is to include a restaurant and lounge, a minimum of 5,000 sf of meeting facilities, and a climate controlled walkway to the Coliseum that connect to the Convention Center. The sidewalks from the hotel and any other needed improvements to allow hotel guest to walk to the beach are also included.
