SUMMARY
Dale Partners is providing architectural services for the Madison County Conference Center & Hotel, also known as Prado Vista at Madison, a landmark hospitality and events destination planned for Ridgeland, Mississippi. Located within the larger Prado Vista mixed-use development, the project will feature a 50,000-square-foot conference center designed to host major regional conferences, corporate meetings, and large-scale events. The facility is expected to accommodate up to 1,500 guests and will significantly expand the region’s ability to attract events that currently must be held outside Madison County.
Adjacent to the conference center, the development will include a 250-room luxury hotel with multiple dining venues, creating a full-service hospitality destination capable of supporting conferences, tourism, and business travel. Together, the conference center and hotel will serve as a centerpiece of the Prado Vista development, which will strengthen the region’s position for business and tourism while supporting continued economic growth throughout Madison County.
