SUMMARY:
Dale Partners provided full architectural services for the new OS Hotel, which consists of a 3-story, 32 room local art-themed boutique hotel that is part of a larger mixed-use development in downtown Ocean Springs. The hotel also includes a 1,500 SF event space, The Gallery, as well as the popular Desi Vega’s Steakhouse on the ground floor. We provided initial master planning services for the OS1515 mixed-use development.
