Dale Partners provided schematic design for a new casino resort on Lake Pontchartrain in Slidell, Louisiana. With views over the lake, the casino resort will consist of a 79,000 SF casino floor, 100-room hotel tower with spa, multiple food and beverage spaces, several entertainment venues including an amphitheater, beaches, a resort pool, lazy river, meeting spaces with a ballroom, and a marina.
