Dale Partners provided masterplanning and conceptual design services for the new Biloxi Boardwalk Resort. The Boardwalk is planned to feature a new casino, hotel, and convention center, as well as many amenities including retail, spa and a pool on a 37-acre site. A parking garage is also to be included on site.
