SUMMARY
Dale Partners provided full architectural services for a 150-room hotel adjacent to the MS Gulf Coast Coliseum & Convention Center. The building will be on a raised podium with parking underneath. The hotel will include a rooftop experience with a pool and restaurant/bar. As proposed, an elevated pedestrian walkway will connect the hotel to the convention center.
