Our team provided programming and conceptual feasibility analysis for a six story mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Jackson, MS. Across the Capitol axis from the Westin Hotel, and adjacent to the new US Federal Courthouse, the Westin Mixed Use offers 253 one, two, and three bedroom apartments, central to Jackson’s governmental district. Amenities include restaurants, a Brew Pub, a streetside festival terrace and green, plus a private pool and clubhouse. An added bonus is the offering of Westin’s top notch concierge service for housekeeping, dog walking and food delivery. All of this is serviced by a central embedded garage, offering abundant parking at 457 spaces. The estimated construction cost is approximately $55,000,000.
