This development will feature 600 units across 9 four or five-story wood-framed structures. Organized around a central tree-lined boulevard, the development will have a park-like feel. A pool with a clubhouse and exercise area will be included. The construction will be split into two phases at approximately $47.5 million each.swimming pool.
