SUMMARY:
Our team provided architectural services for the Clinton Public School District for the design of a new 141,000-square-foot elementary school with a construction value of approximately $24.9 million. The facility was designed to serve 1,466 students, with the capacity for future expansion to accommodate up to 1,600 students. The school’s planning and design focused on creating a safe, efficient, and engaging learning environment, incorporating flexible instructional spaces, age-appropriate learning areas, and clear circulation to support both daily operations and long-term growth.
