SUMMARY:
Our team provided full architectural and interior design services for the Madison County School District for a new 67,400-square-foot upper elementary school serving grades 3–5, with a construction value of approximately $10.0 million. The facility was designed to accommodate 600 students, with the capacity for future expansion to serve up to 840 students. Phase I of the project was completed in 2015, and the firm is currently providing services for a four-classroom addition to support continued enrollment growth.
