SUMMARY:

Dale Partners is providing master planning and conceptual design services for a new casino resort to be located on a 10-acre site in Biloxi known as the Broadwater Casino and Resort. The large development is planned to have two hotels including a 412,380 SF hotel with 500 keys and a 500-car parking garage and a 159,560 SF hotel with 250 keys and a 250-car parking garage. An 199,430 SF casino hotel would also be on the site with 250 keys. The large development will also include a 200 GSF of retail, a 15,000 SGSF golf/tennis clubhouse, a 103,500 SF casino, a 100-slip marina and an amusement/waterpark. Surface parking will also be included for 200 vehicles.
