Our firm is providing master planning services for the development at MGM Park, home of the Biloxi Shuckers, a Minor League Baseball team affiliated with the Milwaukee Brewers. This plan includes 100 apartments across six levels, a 112-key hotel across four levels, and one level of condos. Also included is an approximately 300-car parking garage. This development is in an ideal location to promote downtown living as well as enhance the tourist experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
