SUMMARY:

Dale Partners is assisting the District on Howard development team with redeveloping Howard Avenue in downtown Biloxi. Their vision is to restore historic Howard Avenue into a mixed-use entertainment district with 230,000 SF of boutique shops, local breweries, restaurants, and music venues, 330 residential units, 20,000 SF office space. We provided renderings and a marketing brochure to draw developers to invest in the area. Our next step will be a Phase I plan for the parking lots and redesigning the Barqs building on the corner of Reynoir and Howard, the gateway to the district.
