Shelby Mitchell, AIA, has 39 years experience in the design of corrections facility planning and design with specific emphasis on security systems design. This extensive experience encompasses total facility development from programming and construction documents through final inspection of facilities. Shelby has worked many of our military, educational, and justice projects.
