Our team is providing services for this new waterfront development that consists of three phases. Phase I will include 55 condominium units with 85 parking spaces. Phase II will feature a 40 luxury suite hotel, 55 condominum units, 12,800 gsf restaurant space, a 4-level 380 car garage. Phase III will include a 119-key suite hotel, 18,000 gsf event center, 12,000 gsf restaurant space, and a 5 level, 625-car garage. The project's various components will tie into and enhance an existing boardwalk connecting to adjacent restaurants and retail establishments.
