A new facility for the MSU Women’s Soccer team directly adjacent to the soccer field. The field house contains a home team locker room and showers, an equipment room, treatment room, team room, coaches’ office and shower and visiting team shower.

Caillavet Park / Biloxi, MS - Dale Partners is providing full architectural services for a new baseball stadium to be located off of Highway 90 near Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. The new 455,000 SF stadium will be the home for a Minor League Baseball team and will have the capacity for over 6,000 fans. It will also host other large outdoor events such as concerts and festivals. An elevated connector will connect the ballpark to the casino and a 359-car parking garage will blend in with the stadium’s design. The stadium layout will be organized around the concourse level that will wrap around the field and include concessions, a lounge and a team store. The majority of the seating will be located below the concourse level with 12 suites situated above the concourse. Trustmark Park / Pearl, MS - Our firm served as Architect of Record providing design and construction administration services for Trustmark Park, home of the Atlanta Braves Class AA Team, the Mississippi Braves. The stadium features an amphitheater design with the playing field below the entrance level and a 360-degree concourse. The total seating capacity is 7,200 with 5,500 chair-back seats. Amenities include 22 luxury skyboxes, a full LED video board, a corporate picnic pavilion and a full-service restaurant that is open year round. In addition to the games, the park also serves as a venue for athletic events, as well as concerts, shows and other family entertainment. Completion date: 2005. Biloxi Entertainment District Master Plan / Biloxi, MS - Our firm is providing master planning services for a new entertainment district in Biloxi. The development is planned to include a new baseball stadium, a convention complex, a new Bass Pro Shop, an expansion to the existing Imperial Palace including a new hotel, several retail venues, a miniature golf course and two new parking garages. Downtown Jackson Sports Arena / Jackson, MS - Our firm was selected along with programmers/planners, Brailsford & Dunlavey, to provide services for a feasibility study for a new sports arena in downtown Jackson.
Gulfport Baseball Development / Gulfport, MS - This proposed baseball development is in the early preliminary stages. The project’s plans include a new baseball stadium with seating for approximately 7,000 in a 225,500 SF facility, surface parking for 3,400, a 200-key hotel, retail, restaurants, a mini-golf facility and other supporting facilities.Full architectural services; Estimated construction cost: $28.0 Million; 7,000 seats; 225,000 SF facility; Completion date: 2005.
Ocala Baseball Development / Ocala, FL - Our firm is providing services for the design of a new baseball stadium development for a Class A advanced affiliate of the New York Yankees in Ocala, Florida. The stadium is planned to include 4,000 seats and is a part of a sports complex located in the heart of the commercial district. The entry includes a processional of palms trees with classic architecture incorporating hints of Yankee stadium. The stadium will sit on one side of a main roundabout and will face a sports complex on the other side. The design will include amenities such as an entry plaza, team store, stadium club, restaurant, family fun zone and terrace seating. Main Street Parque
Main Street Parque / Biloxi, MS - Main Street Parque was planned as an inner-city mixed-use development including a new baseball stadium in Biloxi. The project was planned to include 4,200 linear feet of retail frontage, 350,000 SF of retail and commercial office space, a ten-screen multiplex cinema and a festival area. Plans also included 537,975 SF of residential development in areas over commercial spaces and in free-standing 11-story towers. Shared mixed-use parking areas serving all entities of the development were located internally and on the street level. The area boasted easy access by being planned within walking distance of downtown Biloxi’s Vieux Mache and also through bus/trolley stops throughout the blocks. A major component of this project was evaluating different site options and completing a site analysis.
ASU Convocation Center
ASU Convocation Center / Alcorn State University / Lorman, MS - Our firm provided services for the design of a new 128,000 SF Convocation Center and 148,000 SF Health and Physical Education Center. The Convocation Center was planned to feature two levels including a 5000 seat event arena, a pedestrian concourse and athletic team facilities and offices. The Convocation Center was planned to have the versatility to host academic events ranging from small lectures to larger group meetings, sporting events, student entertainment and convocations for 6,000. The Health and Physical Education Center was planned to have two indoor basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool, two racquetball courts, athletic weight training, indoor running/jogging track, physical fitness/training rooms, physical education classrooms, physical therapy/training rooms, student locker rooms, a café, retail shops and faculty offices.
