Bacaran Bay Casino Resort Parking Garage / Biloxi, MS - Our firm provided planning and design services for a new 3,300-car parking garage as a part of the planned Spanish-Mission-themed casino and resort hotel in Biloxi, MS. The resort was planned to be situated on 12 acres on the west side of Caillavet Street. The project was planned to feature 67,000 SF of gaming with 2,000 slots and 50 table games, seven restaurants, a full-service 16,000 SF spa, salon and fitness center, two acres of pool decks, a 5,000-seat entertainment venue, a shopping esplanade, wedding chapel, kids’ activity center and over 80,000 SF of meeting space.
