Bacaran Bay Casino Resort Parking Garage / Biloxi, MS - Our firm provided planning and design services for a new 3,300-car parking garage as a part of the planned Spanish-Mission-themed casino and resort hotel in Biloxi, MS. The resort was planned to be situated on 12 acres on the west side of Caillavet Street. The project was planned to feature 67,000 SF of gaming with 2,000 slots and 50 table games, seven restaurants, a full-service 16,000 SF spa, salon and fitness center, two acres of pool decks, a 5,000-seat entertainment venue, a shopping esplanade, wedding chapel, kids’ activity center and over 80,000 SF of meeting space. -

Arts District Parking Facility
Arts District Parking Facility / Meridian, MS - Planning, design and construction of a new parking structure located in historic downtown Meridian. The facility is a poured-in-place concrete structure. The exterior of brick and precast concrete captures the historical architectural character of downtown Meridian. Its punched openings are suggestive of windows, and its proportion and exterior articulation recall the existing commercial buildings nearby. This 7000 SF project was completed in 2005 with a construction cost of $5.3 million. -

City Centre Parking Facility / Jackson, MS - Design of new parking facility serving the City Centre office buildings. The double-helix layout includes three automobile entrances. Exterior finishes include architectural pre-cast concrete enclosure with metal grillwork in the openings and glazed stair/elevator towers. There is a covered walkway that connects users to the adjacent office buildings.
