Metropolitan Bank opens new Mississippi headquarters in Ridgeland
Metropolitan Bank has opened its new Mississippi headquarters in the Township at Colony Park in Ridgeland.
The bank was already co-headquartered in Ridgeland, but needed a bigger space, according to a news release.
The newly built 15,550-square-foot headquarters is home to Metropolitan’s executive offices, including commercial and personal banking, and mortgage lending. The new office currently employs 19 associates.
The exterior of the building was designed by the late Michael Barranco and Dale Partners Architects. Canizaro Cawthon Davis designed the building’s interior, and Harrell Contracting Group oversaw the construction. All firms involved in the design and construction are located in the Jackson metropolitan area.
Metropolitan will host an open house for the new office Thursday, May 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. Clients, friends and neighbors are invited to tour the new space and meet Metropolitan associates.
