While  employed at Dale Partners for the past three years, Polen has been on project teams including the C Spire Data Center in Starkville, Wind Creek Casino and Hotel in Montgomery, Alabama, renovations to the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport, design of a new Charter School in Jackson, as well as a high-rise apartment conversion in downtown Jackson.

“Neil is an asset to our firm. He is dedicated and passionate about what he does, and we are excited to see what he will bring to our Coast office and the local community,” said Leigh Jaunsen, AIA, partner of Dale Partners.

Polen, his wife, Dani, and their daughter Louise, will be residing in Ocean Springs.
