Reunion Clubhouse / Madison, MS - Our firm provided planning services for this proposed two-story clubhouse with dining room, bar, grill, locker rooms, office space, outdoor terrace area, support spaces and attic storage. The building was planned to be positioned for easy access by guests to its porte cochere entry, golf club drop off point and service drive for deliveries and pick-ups. A circular drive was included to cut into the existing center median to provide better access to the porte cochere. Sidewalks were to connect the clubhouse to the existing buildings in close proximity to allow for safe pedestrian traffic between each. The site was to feature a golf cart staging area easily accessed by both guests and staff members with a large electronic scoreboard and covered patio area. Approximately 80 new parking spaces were also to be added on-site. Estimated construction cost: $9.0 Million; 33,000 SF.
