Harrah’s Casino / Tunica, MS - Preparation of conceptual master plan for the expansion of this existing casino and hotel including the incorporation of a connector to a proposed retail mall and theater complex. The expansion project calls for a new 400-room hotel, a 100-seat 24-hour restaurant, an enclosed pool area, a 1,300-car parking structure and extensive pool / activity deck.
