Harrah’s Casino Expansion / Joliet, IL - Dale Partners was selected as the prime consultant for a new, 85,800 SF casino/barge and six-story, 930-car precast parking structure. This project includes an air conditioned elevated connector to the casino entry, retail space, new casino back of house and support space in addition to the existing pavilion including a new precast main entry portecochere. There is also a 250-seat buffet with full kitchen, renovation of the existing buffet to an upscale 24-hour café and new entry drive.
