Sillers Building Renovations / Jackson, MS - Our firm, as part of a joint venture team, provided services for the three-phased renovation of this 20-story state office building. Phase I involved the demolition of the existing building and the reworking of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The building’s core was upgrading to meet current code compliance. Phase II included the completion of the tenant build-out on each floor to the owner’s specifications, and phase III involved the renovation and repaving of the Plaza level adjacent to the Sillers Building including connecting to the new Pedestrian Mall.
