Capital City Mixed-Use Development / Jackson, MS - Our firm is providing full architectural services for this new downtown development that will include hotels, residential and retail space, restaurants and a parking structure spanning three city blocks adjacent to the new Jackson Convention Complex. The development consists of a new convention hotel and garage including a 300-room, 16-story, full-service convention hotel and an 825-car parking garage including a retail component. Later phases include a 120-room extended stay hotel, 200-unit residential apartments, a 50,000 square foot office building, 50,000 square feet of retail, additional parking and other support facilities.
