Dale Partners Architects P.A. / Biloxi, MS - Our firm provided full architectural services for the interiors of our offices on the second floor in the historic Peoples Bank Building in downtown Biloxi originally built in 1896. Renovations included adding an elevator, updating restrooms with handicap accessibility and updating fire safety and electrical infrastructure to bring the building up to code compliance. Existing walls were left in place where possible and wood flooring and wood trim were refurbished. 2008 MS Heritage Award; Construction cost: $300,000; 3,000 SF; Completion date: 2007.
