Jackson Public Schools / Bailey Project / Jackson, MS - Our firm participated in a developer competition with Townsend Capital for the planning, programming, design, construction and operation of the proposed Bailey Medical Towers Development project. Our team was invited to demonstrate our ability to professionally conceive, finance and implement a cohesive plan of action for the development of three separate tracts of property totaling approximately 12 acres owned by JPS. The proposed project included a medical office building, a hotel, condominiums, a parking garage and a student housing facility. Planning services; Medical Office Tower 1 – 400,000 SF; Medical Office Tower 2 – 200,000 SF; Student Housing – 100,000 SF; Hotel – 82,500 SF; Condominiums – 150,000 SF; Parking Garage – 659,340 SF.
