The exterior is architectural precast concrete with an insulated glass skin and granite accents at the entry. Specialty paving is also located at the public and employee entries. The interior finishes include wood paneling, wall fabrics, polished stainless hardware, carpets and polished thermal granite floor tiles. MS Associated Builders and Contractors Award for Merit, 2007.
